About Us
For over 20 years, Paragon Run Club has been bringing New Yorkers together through running. Every Tuesday night, we meet at Paragon Sports for our weekly group run, welcoming all paces and experience levels. Led by our run coach, Brian McGregor, the group offers guidance, structure, and encouragement to help every runner grow. After the run, we gather in our lounge for post-run drinks and connection — because running is about more than just the miles.

Sponsored Runs
Every season, we host sponsored runs with top brands like Nike, ASICS, New Balance, Garmin, Saucony, and On — giving runners the chance to demo the latest releases.
Tuesday Night Runs
Every Tuesday we meet at Paragon Sports for a group run to the West Side Highway and back. We offer bag check and pacers for all levels, so everyone feels supported. After the run, stick around for a post-run hang and drinks in our lounge — the perfect way to connect with the community.
Marathon Training
Led by our run coach Brian McGregor, this free program for all-levels provides structure, guidance, and community to help you reach your goals.
