What is Paragon Sports’ return policy?


Paragon Sports is committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with any vendor seals intact. Returns can be made either in person at our retail store or shipped back via an insured, trackable service.

How do I return my order?


To initiate a return, begin by marking the original packing slip with the items being returned. If the item was a gift, please indicate that on the packing slip. Securely pack the merchandise, ideally using the original packaging. Include the completed returns portion of the packing slip in the package. If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a note with your name, address, phone number, order number, and the reason for the return.


Ship your return using a trackable, insured service such as UPS or FedEx. If using USPS, be sure to insure the package and use their Delivery Confirmation Service.

Can I exchange an item?

We recommend placing a new order immediately if you would like a different item to ensure availability. Exchanges are only processed for the same product in a different size or color. All other exchange requests will be refunded to the original payment method.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes. The following products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Mounted Skis, Climbing Equipment, Custom Knives, Scuba Equipment, Athletic Supporters, Undergarments.

Paragon Sports also reserves the right to limit quantities on any item ordered.

Shipping & Delivery

Below are some common questions about shipping.

What shipping options are available?

Paragon Sports offers several shipping options within the contiguous United States:

  • $9.99; delivery in 2–7 business days once shipped.
  • $19.99 + any applicable fees; delivery in 2–3 business days via UPS.
  • $29.99 + any applicable fees; delivery in 1–2 business days via UPS.

Please note: For 2-Day or Next Day shipping, orders must be approved before 2:01 PM EST to ship the same business day. Orders approved after that time will be processed the following business day.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $90.00 using ground shipping. However, items weighing over 10 lbs. or categorized as oversized do not qualify for free shipping and may incur additional charges.

This free shipping offer applies only to orders shipping within the contiguous United States and excludes deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and international locations.

In-Store Pickup

Below are some common questions about picking up your orders in-store

Can I pick up my order in-store?


Absolutely. We offer same-day in-store pickup at our main entrance located at 867 Broadway, New York, NY (between 17th and 18th Street).

- Orders are typically ready for pickup within 2 hours.

- Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be available the next business day by 12 PM EST.

- You must select the "In-Store Pickup" option at checkout.







What do I need to bring for in-store pickup?

To pick up your order in-store, you must present a government-issued photo ID, the credit card used to make the purchase (only the cardholder can retrieve the order), and your order number. Additional verification may be required to complete the pickup.

Can I split my order between pickup and shipping?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate split delivery methods within the same transaction. If you wish to pick up certain items and have others shipped, you will need to place two separate orders.

How long will my in-store pickup order be held?

Orders placed for in-store pickup will be held for 10 days. If not collected within that timeframe, they will be returned to our inventory.


Payments & Order Processing

Below are some common questions about orders placed.

What payment methods are accepted?

ParagonSports.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Online Gift Certificates. For in-store purchases, we also accept Discover and Diners Club. All credit card transactions are subject to verification by the issuing bank. For your security, we may contact you by phone or email to verify your payment information. Orders will not be charged until they are shipped, and all items are subject to availability.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. After the order is processed and shipped, a second email will be sent to you with tracking information. Registered customers may also log in to their account on our website to check their order status at any time.

How can I check the status of my order if I don’t have an account?

If you checked out as a guest and didn’t create an account, you can still check on your order by contacting our customer service team by phone, email, or live chat. We are happy to assist you with an update.

Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?

Once you click "Purchase," your order enters our processing system immediately and changes or cancellations are not possible. If you need assistance, please contact our customer service team at 800-961-3030

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently offer international shipping. However, we do accept verified International American Express cards for orders shipping to addresses within the United States. If you are using an international American Express card and would like assistance placing an order, please contact our customer service team by phone. Please note that we are unable to accept international Visa or Mastercard payments at this time.

When will I receive my refund after returning an item?


Once your returned package has been received, please allow five to seven business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. We strive to process all returns and exchanges as quickly as possible.

Below are some general questions about us

If I see an item online, will it be available in-store?

All items on our site are available in-store. We also stock additional items not displayed online.

I'm looking for an item but I can't find it on your website, how can I confirm if you carry it?

Inventory can be checked for the item. More items are available in-store than shown online. If not in stock, an order can sometimes be placed with the manufacturer. Please reach out to customer service for further information.

Can I receive a sale price adjustment on a previous purchase?

We will gladly provide a price adjustment for items bought within 10 days of the order date for any sale item. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate price adjustments after the 10-day timeframe or the sales end date.
